Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated [[EFFECTIVE_DATE]]
1. No automatic renewals to cancel
WhatWorks Premium is sold for a fixed duration and does not renew automatically. Nothing is ever charged to you again unless you choose to buy again, so there is no subscription to cancel. When your plan expires, your account simply returns to the free Basic plan and your data stays where it is.
2. Refund window
If Premium is not what you expected, write to us within [[REFUND_WINDOW_DAYS]] days of payment and we will refund it in full, provided the account has not substantially used the paid features in that period.
3. When we always refund
- You were charged twice for the same period, or charged more than the amount shown at checkout.
- The payment succeeded but Premium never activated and we cannot activate it for you.
- You were charged without authorising it.
In these cases the refund window in section 2 does not apply — contact us whenever you notice it.
4. When we generally do not refund
- Time already used on a plan that is partway through its duration, outside the window in section 2.
- Accounts suspended or closed for breaching our Terms of Service.
- A change of mind after the refund window has passed.
We would rather solve the problem than argue about it. If something is genuinely wrong, tell us — these are guidelines, not a wall.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@whatworks.pro with:
- the mobile number on the account;
- the payment ID or invoice number from My Account;
- a sentence on what went wrong.
We reply within [[SUPPORT_RESPONSE_DAYS]] working days.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay — we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Once we process it, the money typically reaches you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. Any Premium time from that payment ends when the refund is issued.
